- Can a child under 15 ride a jet ski?
Yes, as long as the jet ski is accompanied by an adult (parents or guardians). He will never be able to drive alone.
- Can a child aged 16 and 17 drive the jet ski without the company of an adult?
Yes, as long as the parents or guardians sign an authorization before starting the tour.
- What horsepower do the jet skis have?
Currently, they are the Sea-Doo GTX 130hp model and reach a maximum speed of 60 km/h.
- Where can I store my belongings?
We have a space on land to store bags, shoes, and backpacks. You can also store them inside the jet ski itself.
- Are we going to be alone?
You will always be accompanied by the instructor, and as for customers, a maximum of 4 jet skis can go out together.
- Can I drive the jet ski, or will someone else be driving it?
You can drive the jet ski yourself; the instructor will be in a boat ahead, indicating the route taken during the tour.
- We are three, could the 3 of us go on a jet ski or change in the middle of the tour?
For safety reasons, only two people can ride on the jet ski, and there cannot be switches with a third person. However, you can change positions between the two people on the same jet ski: the person in front can move to the back, and the person at the back can move to the front.
- Can we go without an instructor?
In any case, the tour will always be conducted with an instructor. If you have a navigation license and wish to rent a jet ski without an instructor, you should go to our "Self-Rental" section.
- Can we stop to swim?
All tours include a stop for swimming, although we always recommend communicating with the instructor beforehand for any requests, allowing the tour to better adapt to everyone's preferences.
- Do I need to have a license?
No license is required to participate in the tour.
- Can I take photos?
All tours include a few minutes of stopping for taking photos. It is not allowed to use mobile phones or cameras while driving the jet ski.
- Are we going to go fast all the time?
All tours will be tailored to our customers' requests, to the extent possible. You simply need to communicate it to the instructor before starting the tour.
- If I have never ridden a jet ski before, can I do the tour?
No experience is necessary; all tours include a 10-minute briefing to explain how the jet skis work and the rules that must be followed.
- What happens if I don't follow the rules during a tour?
If you fail to comply with the rules previously explained by the instructors, the tour will be stopped to explain them again, and that time will be lost.
- What do I need to bring for the tour?
For the check-in, we will ask for your identification document number, and for your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing swimwear and sunscreen.
- Can I do a tour if I don't know how to swim?
Yes, we will provide you with a life jacket, and you will always be accompanied by an instructor who can assist you if necessary.
- How can I make a reservation?

- What happens to my reservation if I can't attend?
Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of a cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the reservation amount will be refunded.
- Can someone who doesn't want to do the tour go on the instructor's boat?
It is not allowed for anyone to travel on the instructor's boat. They will have to wait on land.
- Do you have a pick-up service from other locations?
We do not have a pick-up service; customers should make their way to our departure points.
